These false eyelashes truly work wonders

I will be one of the ninangs in my niece’s wedding in September. I am thinking of having an eyelash extension, but I’m not familiar with this product . Will you please tell me the pros and cons of this? And will this affect my makeup on that special day? An immediate response will be appreciated.

Juicing: the healthy way to lose weight

I need to lose weight and my skin is dry, patchy, and oily all at once. What diet can I try? I need to lose the weight fast!

I would be wary of crash diets, as you can gain back all, plus more once you’re off it. Do it the right way, even if it takes a bit more time. My favorite diet, when I need to get on one, is replacing a full meal with vegetable juice, the taste sweetened just a bit with some fruit, usually apples or a sugar beet. If you can replace two full meals with vegetable juice, then all the better! Your body will thank you for it. Personally (but please ask your doctor), I do it for a stretch of time — 20 plus days or so. The excess weight will drop, slowly but surely. The good thing is you will not look stressed or haggard as you are not depriving your body of essential nutrients.
A big plus is the change you will see in your skin. Your complexion will be so clear and even that you will be able to do without any foundation or concealer. It is so liberating.
The juicer I use is Hurom, but there are other brands out there that are just as good. An air fryer would be a good investment as well, it gives me a way to enjoy vegetables as healthy chips. There are many delicious recipes also that you can google online. Happy juicing!
