SIA fetes loyal passengers

Singapore Ambassador to the Philippines Hirubalan V P and his charming wife Mano hosted a year-end party at their North Forbes Park residence for Singapore Airlines’ Priority Passenger Service (PPS) club members.

Elite PPS Club guests were delighted to meet other Club members, with SIA’s affable marketing communication and services manager Rita Dy (who also emceed the event), thanking every busy traveller for spending their very limited time on the ground to join the party. Christmas medleys by the Singapore School Manila Choir set the holiday mood for the season.  

Dinner followed at the beautifully lit pool area where guests enjoyed popular Singapore Chinese selections like laksa, chili prawns and Hainanese chicken specially prepared by Mandarin Hotel’s Malaysian chef Hann Furn Chen. Enchanting melodies by harpist Avonlea filled the air throughout the dinner.

Hirubalan also delivered a short inspirational speech about the airline scene, while SIA general manager Ranjan Jha expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador and his wife for making the evening possible.
