MANILA, Philippines — We Filipinos love Fruit Salad and Macaroni Salad. They are quintessential celebration dishes that we always prepare for Christmas and other special occasions. Sometimes, we crave for them so we make them for no occasion at all.

Celebrity chef Jackie Ang Po thought of combining them in one concoction that does justice to both salads and actually levels up their respective tastes — and she featured her innovative recipe in a recent cooking demo she conducted for Global Pacific Distribution during WOFEX 2025.
