Charity program launched today

-
BANTAY, Ilocos Sur – A large commercial complex here is set to launch today a charity program called "Heaven's Helpers." It is for indigent families whom the complex wants to help make self-reliant.

The Marinella Commercial Complex, a three-story business hub principally owned by Rodolfo Agatep who is native of this town but is now US-based, is the project's prime mover that would initially benefit 25 families and 65 children.

Michelle Arce, Marinella's mana-ger, said that the program is twofold that gifts and foodstuffs will be distributed to the beneficiaries while heaven's Helpers will also undetake to find job opportunities for able members of the recipient families. Teddy Molina
