MANILA, Philippines - An intimate gathering at the elegant Lobby Lounge of the Makati Shangri-La was hosted by the endearing Sally Maliuanag together with husband Oscar for the former Japanese Embassy consul general minister Keizo Takewaka. The hardworking diplomat was very much grateful for the kindness and camaraderie that Oscar, Sally and his other Filipino friends have extended to him throughout his stay here in the country.
