MANILA, Philippines — Actress Liza Soberano has appeared on TC Candler's Most 100 Most Beautiful Faces list nine times, topping it in 2017, and a huge contribution to that constant presence is maintaining her beautiful and healthy skin.

Liza was briefly back in the Philippines, shortly pausing from promoting her Hollywood debut film "Lisa Frankenstein," courtesy of a Korean skincare brand which she has been affiliated with for over a year now.

In an exclusive interview with, the actress shared what she currently considers the most important step of her daily skincare routine.

"Double cleansing when I wear makeup," Liza said. "Just making sure that I completely get it off my face before doing other steps."

Simply put, double cleansing is the use of two different cleansers or washes for removing makeup, one being oil-based and the other water-based. followed up by asking Liza what she believes more people should include or prioritize in their respective skincare routines.

"Sunblock! Especially here in the Philippines — it's very hot, we're very close to the sun — I would advise everyone to protect their skin," Liza ended.

James Reid, Liza's manager at Careless, previously teased that the actress had "projects in the pipeline" for 2024 but played coy when asked if some were Hollywood-based like "Lisa Frankenstein."
