MANILA, Philippines - The Ambassador of the Argentine Republic Joaquin Daniel Otero and his wife Marta, hosted a farewell sit-down lunch at their residence in honor of Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Policy and Ambassador-designate to China Erlinda F. Basilio with several friends from the Department of Foreign Affairs and members of the Diplomatic Corps.
