Philrealty commits to P5-billion project in BGC & Ortigas

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Philrealty Holdings Corporation (Philrealty) recently staged another milestone with the official launch of its latest venture with long-time partner, Greenhills Properties Inc.

Through a memorandum of agreement signed recently by Philrealty officials headed by chairman Gerardo Lanuza Jr., and representative of GPI headed by treasurer Antonio Olbes, Philrealty and GPI officially inked plans to complete a number of projects in Ortigas and Bonifacio Global City amounting to P5-billion pesos.

“This project will show Philrealty’s renewed capability as a property developer known for building landmarks,” said Philrealty president Amador Bacani.

The BGC project is expected to be a mixed-use development that will feature commercial, tourist, and residential aspects of the major project. Being one of the original shareholders of the BGC consortium, Philrealty is confident that the response for their future endeavor will indeed be positive.

“We are also banking on the synergy of our projects with GPI. We’ve always come-up with groundbreaking developments such as La Isla, also known as the Palace in the Sky, which was very exceptional because of the size of the units,” said Nico Lanuza, Philrealty VP for special projects.

Aside from the BGC plans, the company also announced that Phase 2 of its residential project in Quezon City is already in full swing. The second tower of Andrea North, Skybreeze Tower, has already began construction. Andrea North is a cluster of luxury high-rise residential condominiums located at the two-hectare former Pepsi Cola plant at the corner of Balete Drive and N. Domingo St. in New Manila, Quezon City.  The project is Philrealty’s newest residential venture since it last constructed their game-changing Alexandra in Ortigas, constructed during the late ‘90s to the early years of 2000.

In its 31 years in the real estate industry, Philrealty has built premium high-rise projects such as Alexandra and La Isla, both located in the heart of Ortigas. Aside from providing ample spaces for residents to move around and indulge in various lifestyle activities, the company is known for offering condominium units that are significantly larger than what’s on the market today — some ranging from 275 to 530 sqm.

This principle will continue with the Skybreeze Tower of Andrea North, providing one- bedroom to three-bedroom units whose size can go up to 180 sqm.

Located on Balete Drive cor. N. Domingo in New Manila, this 31-story building will offer exceptional living spaces for buyers. And with an excellent location (among Quezon City’s most elite homeowners), one is assured of exclusivity.

Andrea North Skybreeze Tower is a stone’s throw away from Quezon City’s most happening districts. Educational institutions like St. Paul Manila, La Salle Greenhills, and Xavier School is just a short drive away.
