Now, you can enjoy your hotel room 24/7!

Now, you can enjoy your hotel room 24/7!
Have a flexible and sulit stay with Robinsons Hotels and Resorts. Stay according to your own schedule: Check-in late or early, RHR will make sure your room is ready.

Hotels are the norm, especially for business travelers. Retreating to a private, comfortable room after a busy and tiring day is of topmost concern. Sadly, between these travelers and their hotel room are the dreaded check-in routine and the sometimes-grumpy check-in clerk who may be as tired as they are.

As we all know, the standard check-in time is at 2 p.m. while checkout time is at 12 noon the next day. So guests on red-eye flights (those who depart at night and arrive at their destination in the morning) usually have to wait for the designated time or until their rooms are ready before they may check in, while those checking in late at night might still have to pay for a full night’s stay.

The good news? A leading hotel chain in the country changes all that and gives guests the flexibility they need when traveling.

Robinsons Hotels and Resorts (RHR), owner of Summit Hotels and Go Hotels, recently launched its GO 24/7 service, which allows guests/travelers to enjoy their room 24 hours from the time they check in.

“If you have an early flight, you don’t have to worry where to go,” assured Joy de Mesa, RHR group director of sales and marketing. “You can go to the hotel right away and your room will be waiting for you.”

Just make the reservations three days in advance, prior to your stay, and Go Hotels will make sure that your room is ready upon arrival.

“You can check in anytime,” added De Mesa. The stay is also within a full 24 hours, which means you can stay at 6 a.m. and check out at 6 a.m. the following day.”

GO24/7 lets you choose which time to check in, allowing you to have flexible arrivals in order to maximize your itinerary and the day rate you paid for your room.

This service is available in eight Go Hotels properties, namely, Dumaguete, IloIlo, Lanang-Davao, Mandaluyong, Otis-Manila, Puerto Princesa, Tacloban and Manila Airport Road. Plans are underway to make GO24/7 available in all of its 20 properties this year.

“One can take advantage of this offer via email-bookings, direct calls, and the Go Hotel booking engine,” De Mesa said.

Go Hotels’ comfy and sulit rooms let you #GoExploreMore of your chosen destinations.

Plan ahead

Now’s also the best time to make up for lost time through revenge travel. Plan ahead with GO365, RHR’s bang-for-the-buck deals.

With GO365, you can book your stay in advance — from at least 15 days prior to your chosen dates to a maximum of 365 days on the website — and secure the rate from the day of booking.

“This way, you get to avail yourself of 10 percent savings on the best available rate, without having to worry about not being able to book rooms, and take advantage of discounts or special offers at the time of booking,” explained De Mesa.

This is perfect for travelers who are always on the lookout for seat sales. With GO365, they can plan in advance and book their plane tickets in advance.

This offer is available across Go Hotels, Go Hotels Plus, Summit Hotels, and Grand Summit.

GO24/7 is a separate service from regular bookings and can also be availed of with the GO365 service. These services are only available if guests book on the hotel group’s website and app.

Going online is the way to go!

Complementing GO24/7 and GO365 is the Go Buy Online. This service makes transactions, whether for online booking, voucher purchase and “e-gifting,” easier and more convenient.

“With GO365, PM is key. A chatbot will be on hand to assist you with your bookings,” De Mesa added. “These new services will make booking your stays and gifting your loved ones with staycations easier, alongside the convenience of booking that the RHR app already provides.”

RHR is here to help you get your revenge (travel). And with this hot and humid weather, it doesn’t have to be served cold.
