MANILA, Philippines — Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., one of the Philippines’ leading integrated property developers and the country’s largest homebuilder, took home the coveted Prix D’excellence Developer of the Year Award at the recently concluded FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards.
