What was the longest time you have spent in Absinth?

I stayed from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. since I was entertaining two sets of friends. At first, it was with my best friend from L.A. who loves wine and we took advantage of the 6 p.m. happy hour drink-all-you-can wine. And at 10 p.m. I was with my foreign friends listening to Indio I’s reggae world music plus DJ Patch playing Latin house until 3 a.m. After all the dancing we had a night cap with the buy-one-take-one promo on beers that lasted until 6!

What day do you recommend for boy watching?

I would recommend Wednesday R&B night with DJ Steve Mills. I am motivated to come and watch the Fil-Am boys wiggle their booties while learning to appreciate the music.

What do you do at the lounge area of Absinth?

I enjoy chilling out while people watching. I must admit how easily I am entertained looking at funky fashion freaks and seeing anyone who has dance skills like William Hung.

I remember Christine San Diego served me two straight shots of absinthe after which I was set for the night!

What kind of event would you do for Absinth?

I’d be organizing the pre-parties for all my Big Fish events to welcome my foreign DJs. Balearic VIP room music will be played, which is a good mix of house, R&B, hip hop, alternative, retro and pop music.

What music would you like to play in Absinth for the girls?

I will play Al Green and Marvin Gaye for the contemporary mood and then go wild with Joe and Jagged Edge.

Who do you want to meet and date in Absinth?

I would like to meet Borgy Manotoc personally at Absinth because I have seen his gorgeous photos in a magazine. I will ask him what it’s like to be the grandson of the man who's made the biggest political impact in Philippine history.

How would you interpret Absinth in your painting?

I will paint a picture of an adventure with Absinth by showing a knock-out man with a grin and women’s legs wearing stiletto heels around him. There will be a lot of green, gray and white stripes on the painting.

What’s the naughtiest thing you can do at Absinth?

The stock room on your way to the toilets is covered by a black curtain, which is inviting for a possible "quickie"!

Which day(s) will you bring your mother to Absinth?

I would take my mother to Absinth on a Monday night to start her week on a good note, or on a Wednesday as my date for ladies night. Friday night may be even better to cap her long week. Actually, whichever day is fine since it is always cool to hang out with my mom.

If someone buys you a drink, what would it be?

My two favorite drinks in Absinth are lychee martinis, which are sweet, and Gummi Bears, which has child-like colors but a strong kick!

I will order a shot of Absente Absinthe, served in the traditional way since it says a lot about me. You need to light me up to unleash my true nature.
