Amiya Rosa project rises in Batangas

-

MANILA, Philippines - Rising property developer PTR Properties’ newest project down south, Amiya Rosa, is a development born out of inspiration.

According to chairman and CEO Peter Ty, this charming pocket subdivision set to rise in Barangay Bolboc in Batangas, is a tribute to the most important woman in people’s lives — their mothers whom he considers to be the binding force of every happy home.

“Having a wonderful mom makes you realize that a home is never complete without her. Because of a mother, houses become not just a roof over your head, but a haven where you know you can return to when you feel down or you simply want to feel once more connected to who you really are,” Ty says.

“Which is why our project in Batangas is dedicated to my mother and all the moms out there who wish to provide a comfortable home for their families,” he adds.

The name Amiya Rosa was actually coined from the name of Ty’s mother, Rosa Ty. “When we began conceptualizing this new development, I was actually thinking of a home which I know my mom would want to raise her own children in. It’s a home that’s not so big, but has comfort and convenience that residents can enjoy from childhood until they grow up.”

Amiya Rosa is an offshoot of the developer’s vision of producing low-density homes to maintain a sense of exclusivity and close-knit community ties.

But with the Batangas project, instead of a mid-rise condo wherein PTR Properties Inc. is known for, home buyers are offered duplex residential houses in three clusters.

“The homes will be constructed as the perfect backdrop to make life-long memories. The community is very exclusive, only two and a half hectares and was designed to feature a minimalist design,” Ty says.

The design concept was actually chosen because Ty’s mom taught him about the value of living in a house and community that’s easy to maintain. Growing up in a traditional Chinese home, he inherited his mother’s sense of design — that which patronizes serenity and Zen in one’s personal space.

“Units at Amiya Rosa will feature clean lines which promotes a modern, stylish appeal when compared to other subdivisions in the area. We are offering future owners to have a home that’s in tune with the times, an elegant place they will truly be proud of,” he says.

Despite the size of the project, residents will not be short on personal and social spaces.

The clusters, Scarlet, Crimson and Vermillion, will all be delivered as three-bedroom homes with modern Asian designs.

Lifestyle amenities also provide options for bonding moments with the family. Those who lead an active lifestyle will feel at home in Amiya Rosa’s outdoor courtyard which features a half-court basketball square which can be transformed to accommodate two badminton courts.

A covered pavilion will be available for use during special occasions such as wedding receptions, and baptismal and birthday parties.

And because his mother is a religious person, Ty made sure that there’s a house of worship located near the subdivision — the San Antonio de Padua Church.

The project is strategically located near major malls such as SM and Robinsons, and will be a stone’s throw away from educational institutions such as De La Salle University Lipa.
