MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) and Eastwood City Walk invite everyone to a spooktacular time at their annual Halloween fundraiser, “Scaredy Cats and Dogs: Year 8” at the Eastwood Central Plaza, tomorrow, Oct. 23.
There will be a pets and kids costume competition at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. respectively. Get a chance to win exciting prizes from Alpo, Friskies, KitKat, Koko Krunch & Frontline Plus. All participants will receive Halloween loot bags, photo souvenirs, free face painting. After the contests there will be a trick-or-treat around Eastwood at 5 p.m.
