MANILA, Philippines - Pet lovers now have a new store where they can find all they need to pamper and care for their dogs and cats.

Pet Express, the dog and cat shop, opened its first store at the newly renovated SM Cubao in Araneta Center. It brings together some of the best brands in pet care like Ferplast, Odorless, Perfect Coat, Bayopef, Dingo, Cesar, Alpo, Whiskers, Naturalle, Vitality, and more.

Pet Express also has carriers, crates, and kennels to transport your pets in comfort; as well as beds, bowls, and feeders for their special spot at home. It has a wide selection of food for cats and dogs — canned specialties, biscuits, and creatively packaged treats, as well as vitamins to keep them healthy.

You can also dress your pet in style with Pet Express’ delightful selection of clothes, which include trendy outfits, sporty gear, costumes like Chinese cheongsams, even barong tagalogs for special occasions. There are also tiny shoes to protect their little paws. Pet Express also has a wide array of grooming essentials for cats and dogs to keep them clean and show-ready.

Pet Express also offers in-store grooming services such as baths, shampoo and blow dry services, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and sanitary trimming for small to extra large breeds. There are also de-matting and pet massage services offered by expert groomers in the store’s sanitary grooming facility.

The store’s opening gathered together pet lovers and representatives from animal welfare organizations. These included Compassion and Responsibility for Animals (CARA) Welfare Philippines president Nancy Cu-Unjieng; and Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) program director Anna Hashim-Cabrera.

The First Philippine Mount Everest Expedition Team mountaineers and dog enthusiasts Leo Oracion and Carina Dayondon also graced the opening with their pets; as did Joseph and Jill Palarca from Mypetchannel.tv and Michael Esmeria, Beng Chan Dayao, and Ruben Bulaong from Animal Scene.

Pet Express is conveniently located at the upper ground floor of SM Cubao.
