Anuva’s child-friendly space is first in middle-income segment

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Grownups remember with fondness their childhood years playing outdoor games like piko and taguan well into the full-moon night. These play activities require a good amount of space and security conditions that current city living setups do not offer anymore. SOC Land, through its maiden project Anuva, upholds the transformative impact of space through a community that celebrates children and advances new ways that families can live, dream, and play.

Anuva is a revolutionary condominium development, the first of SOC Land located in Barangay Buli, Muntinlupa City, and as a new residential project, the developer provides many groundbreaking initiatives that are important to the property market it serves. Parents want only the best for their children, and Anuva by SOC Land honors this by partnering with some of the industry’s best architects and engineers, resulting in pioneering living concepts, maximized natural surroundings, and community features that cultivate the overall wellbeing of the family.

Land development is so important when raising kids. Anuva’s 2.4 hectares has the biggest allocation in its segment for amenitized open spaces at 80 percent, but the promise of a vast amenities area only makes sense if the layout, type of facilities, and mix of features all contribute to the comfort and security of its littlest residents. “At the very onset, a child-friendly environment was a priority,” says SOC Land CEO JP Reyes.

The road inside Anuva is child-centric: its layout is circumferential, a concept known as perimeter road, which means that no road intersects the full length of the amenities area. Parking is located in the basement.

“Children who want to swim or play basketball can to go those areas safely without having to cross any kind of road. In the middle-income segment, SOC Land is the first developer to make available these elements to the middle-income property buyer.”

The community integrates child-friendly support in its blend of amenities that stimulate the kids’ imagination and physical faculties: parks and playground, family areas, basketball court, bike lane, themed parks, gazebo, jogging path, and a water attraction called a lazy river that flows throughout the entire development.

Other details such as 24-hour security with CCTV camera and 100 percent flood-free environment make Anuva a safe and secure environment where the present needs of families are catered to as parents plan their kids’ future.

For the middle-income parent of a growing family, Anuva represents a better quality, more affordable option that elevates the family’s lifestyle while helping them keep within their means since it is the family’s youngest members who will bear the brunt of heavy housing loan payments. “We take kids seriously at Anuva,” assures SOC Land CEO JP Reyes.

Potential buyers are invited to an open house this Saturday.
