Sagip holds 'Bingo for a Cause' on Sept. 14

MANILA, Philippines - Sagip, a 24-hour crisis center for abused women and children, victims/ survivors of physical and sexual abuse, will hold its annual charity bingo event on Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. at the main ballroom of Ayala Alabang Country Club.

The project will also benefit Sagip’s programs, among them, the help desks and organized watch groups in eight Muntinlupa barangays, which provide immediate assistance to  women and children victims of sexual abuse and violence, and the Gabay-Bata Councils in 24 public and secondary schools, in partnership with the Department of Education-Muntinlupa.

The event is sponsored by First Metro Investment Corp., San Miguel, Emperador Distillers, Seaoil, Megaworld, Electrolux, and Hapee Toothpaste.
