Trance Alliance: A new movement in dance

We all live now in the era of dance. We have evolved and changed in time, dictated by our taste, culture, lifestyle and the technology that shapes our future. The era of dance is comprised of the vast progression of cultures that showcase dance clubs that were more popularly known as discotheques in the past, the essence of music in our lives, the lifestyle it brings about, the emotions of the nightlife and the rise of the DJ as a musician, entertainer and artist. Two visionaries and innovators share a passion to bring this era of dance to another level.

Driven Manila and World Wide Womb, headed by Domini Primero and Stephen Ku respectively, have come together to form Trance Alliance, a team-up of two of the most successful dance event promoters in the country. After a two-year hiatus, Domini Primero, a pioneer in the dance music scene back in 1999, now Driven Manila and Warehouse 135’s head honcho, is back at what he does best – doing big-room dance events. He teams up with World Wide Womb founder and Embassy Superclub promoter Stephen Ku who produced Tiesto’s record-breaking massive concerts in Manila. Both are fueled by the positive energy that stems from the dream of giving that perfect musical experience to the dance community.

Brace yourself for the two groups’ opening salvo on Saturday, Nov. 29. Driven Manila and Worldwide Womb present Trance Alliance featuring superstar DJ John “00” Fleming & Digital Blonde in a never-before-done big room dance experience as they perform their live set at the A-Venue, Makati Ave. This is the launch of a new movement and everyone’s invited to thrust their fists up in the air and move as one.

A musical taste that transcends genres and his determination to seek out fresh, new, exciting music has resulted in John playing in almost every corner of the world and selling over one million CD compilations in his career.

John’s work has been recognized over the years with rankings in various charts including Tranceaddict and DJ magazine.More, he enjoys the rock-solid support he gets from his dedicated fan base that follows him around the world and puts the gold discs on his wall. Digital Blonde

Here’s talented hard trance producer/remixer a.k.a. Ricky Smith. After releasing a batch of singles on the Perfect World label around the turn of the century, he now collaborates with superstar DJ John 00 Fleming and is currently often to be found on the J00F label.
