An intimate birthday celebration @ The Peak
MANILA, Philippines — Rustans Group Chairman and CEO Zenaida “Nedy” Tantoco recently celebrated her birthday at the Terrace of The Peak on the 62nd floor of Grand Hyatt with a small group of close friends.
Nedy and I have known each other since our late teens or early twenties. Our friendship has strengthened through the years, having lived through nearly a dozen Philippine presidents, martial law and Edsa revolution.
It was a joyful gathering of long-time friends that included former beauty queen Au Au Pijuan, head of Hermes Philippines Mario Katigbak, Minnie Cagatao Lawrie, “DJ” Lopez and Philippine Tatler publisher Irene Martel Francsico.
Nedy has always been a sweet and loving friend to all of us, and we are honored to celebrate her birthday with her. May you have many many more Happy Birthdays Nedy dear!
