The Best Dressed Women of the Philippines recently fêted the indefatigable Angola Consul Helen Ong with an intimate dinner to celebrate her birthday at Chef Jessie in Rockwell, Makati City.

To highlight the gathering, the stunning consul was given the Luminary Award as an appreciation by the Philippine Cancer Society (PCS), Best Dressed awardees and Ambassadors for Life alongside the selection and organizing committee for being the event chairperson of the longest-running charity gala in the Philippines since 2004.
Consul Helen’s Best Dressed family also presented their gifts for her, an awe-inspiring trophy-cum-holder and a beautiful clutch bag created by award-winning designer Ann Ong.
