It was one heartwarming and benevolent affair to remember as the Francisfest 2008 concert, the annual fundraising event in honor of St. Francis of Assisi, was a success. Led by Santuario de San Antonio parish priest Fr. Jerome Angulo, OFM and Francisfest overall chairperson Menchu Concepcion, organizers welcomed guests and parishioners to a joyful evening of camaraderie and enchanting music highlighting St. Paul’s Oratorio by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy. Truly a noble endeavor. Everyone went out of his way to show sincere support and dedication to an honorable cause.
