Birthday stars shine at a glamorous celebration
What a joyous evening, indeed, when JL & Co. reunited to celebrate your columnist’s birthday at Chef Jessie at Rockwell Club restaurant in Makati City.
It was a lovely time celebrating along with other radiant birthday girls Marissa Fenton, Amelia Ting, and Malou Martinez. The night sparkled with laughter, stories, sumptuous food, and the warmth of true friendship.

The Art of Opulence and Refinement” came to life at the fourth level of Rustan’s Makati in Makati City, where gracious host Dean Decker welcomed Manila’s distinguished set to an afternoon of elegance and sophistication.
Featuring the exquisite artistry of Lladro, Lalique, Christofle, Bernardaud, and Daum, the event was further elevated by the presence of Lalique’s Daniel Ong and Daum’s Cecilia Lam who delighted guests with their expertise. With the warm patronage of Rustan’s visionaries Anton Huang and Maritess Enriquez, the affair sparkled with refinement, complemented by a sumptuous spread prepared by culinary maven Happy Ongpauco, making it a truly unforgettable celebration of taste and luxury.
