Eddie Rodriguez is 'Medico Legal'

Eddie Rodriguez played ‘Dr. Victor Sta. Romana Medico Legal’ in the 1966 thriller, which had three episodes. Based on a DZRH radio series, the Larry Santiago movie had Eddie solving celebrated criminal cases while acting as a ‘medico legal.’

Eddie would later be identified with love triangles, a man torn between two women, portrayed by, among others, Lolita Rodriguez, Marlene Dauden, Pilar Pilapil, Boots Anson-Roa, Charito Solis and Liza Lorena. He also wrote, directed and produced many acclaimed dramas.

Drama King Eddie was billed, a title ‘inherited’ by the likes of Dindo Fernando and Christopher de Leon.  — RKC
