Mayor Lim confers 'Outstanding Manileño' award

MANILA, Philippines - Alfred V. Ty, president of a leading real estate company, was recently conferred the “Outstanding Manileño” award during ceremonies highlighting the 441st founding anniversary of Manila. The award was given as “Federal Land was able to rise to the challenges of changing trends in property development, and was one of the first to offer affordable yet quality residential units.” In photo are Alfred V.
