MANILA, Philippines - A jumpstart to a fun summer vacation, lovely little kids walked the runway in stylish, adorable, and bright outfits from Rustan’s.
Held at Rustan’s Makati’s Heaven on the 5th, the fun-filled afternoon event featured different looks coming from participating brands including Ralph Lauren Kids, Kiddos, Platypus, Spin, Gingersnaps, Periwinkle, Tarte Tatin, Barbie, Crocs and Superga.
The children displayed excitement on the runway. Equally excited were the parents who came to root for their kids. The collections featured the season’s must-have pieces — cool and breezy shorts, printed tees, bright colored skirts and charming dresses. Swimwear on the other hand included board shorts and adorable bikinis.
Prizes were also given away to lucky guests that include gift certificates from Ralph Lauren Kids, Superga, Periwinkle and Spin. Gift items packed with gadget cases, art sets and special collectibles from Barbie and Hot Wheels, Tarte Tatin, Crocs, Platypus, Kiddos and Gingersnaps were also given away. Completing the day’s celebration were food booths filled with children favorites like Krispy Kreme, Chuckie Chocolate Drink and assorted snack stations from Hungry Tykes.
Cute little fashionistas who showed their style included Athena Valdes, Allana Tantoco, sisters Natasha, Sylvia, and Katya Zobel, twins, Alonso and Matias Araneta, Monique Arroyo, Lian Binay-Alcantara, Solenne Santos, Simone Limjuco and Miel and Quint Mantecon. In attendance were Rustan’s Patriarch Ambassador Bienvenido Tantoco Sr., Bienvenido Tantoco Jr., Anton Huang, Fernando and Kit Zobel, Claudia Tambunting, Juan and Menchu Lopez and Mon and Tweety Gonzales. Participating Rustan’s merchants also joined in the fun including Mandy Santos for Tarte Tatin, Hindy Weber-Tantoco for Kiddos, Katrina and Bong Gonzales for Spin, Franco Limjuco for Crocs and King and Michelle Mantecon for Platypus, Allan and Eliza Hao Chin for Periwinkle. Host was Tessa Valdes.
All brands are available at Rustan’s Makati, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Gateway, Robinson’s Place, Alabang Town Center and Ayala Center Cebu.
