'To infinity and beyond': Michelle Dee's Miss Universe 2023 national costume draws funny reactions
MANILA, Philippines — Social media users commended Philippine bet Michelle Dee for her Miss Universe 2023 national costume presented earlier today in El Salvador.
Michelle wore a plane-like outfit to promote Philippine tourism.
Designed by Michael Barassi, the outfit bore a "solihiya" pattern while her wings bore the colors of the Philippine flag, a mural of tourist destinations, and the current tourism slogan, "Love The Philippines."
Michelle is an Air Force reservist captain.
