Anuva's first tandem towers 20 percent complete

-

MANILA, Philippines - Construction of the first of the four tandem towers of Anuva, SOC Land Development Corporation’s first property venture located in Muntinlupa City, is ahead of schedule. Homebuyers can expect delivery of residential units in the resort-style enclave featuring 80 percent open space by end of 2013.

The first Anuva mid-rise structure  consisting of a 20-storey and 14-storey buildings  has finished four floors as of March 2, representing 20 percent completion of the project, according to engineer Josue Duero, who oversees the structural works.

Construction is in full swing and is ahead of schedule. Some 140 to 160 workers of DLM Konstruct, the contractor, work in two shifts, six days a week, to make construction faster. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sanitary works go side by side with structural works.

Duero also says there are no reports of accident on site since the construction of the 513-unit tandem buildings, which started July of last year. The construction is managed by Strategic-Tek Group.

SOC Land assures homebuyers not only of a long-term investment but quality homes in Anuva as it is affiliated with the Puyat-Reyes Group-owned manufacturers of building materials such as Puyat Steel Corporation, International Pipe Industries Corporation and Puyat Flooring Products Inc., makers of industry-leading APO brand of construction materials (APO Galfan, APO Floors and APO Pipes).

When completed, Anuva tandem towers will have 24-sqm. studios, 35- to 48-sqm. one-bedroom units, and 46- to 65-sqm. two-bedroom units, all squarish in configuration to allow optimum interior space, natural illumination and ventilation. The laundry area is within the unit for convenience and there is no garbage chute to ensure hygiene. A centralized garbage collection system takes care of trash disposal.

This 2.4-hectare property also boasts first-class amenities such as lazy river, swimming and 50-meter lap pool, theme park and playground, sky lounge, business centers, yoga or meditation areas, bike lanes, jogging paths, basketball court, clubhouse, function room, gazebo-pond, lagoon, lake, spa and game room.

To give clients the privacy and exclusivity as well as high-end condo living, Anuva provides world-class amenities just right outside their doorstep. This is mainly achieved with the project boasting 80 percent open space.

Anuva also assures the safety and security of future residents. There are no roads in between buildings and amenities. “In Anuva, our perimeter roads surround the whole development area making street crossing worry-free for kids. It is very important because residential owners may need only minimal supervision for kids to go to the amenity area since there will be no cars going around,” Duero adds.

There is a 24-hour security through CCTV cameras and roving guards throughout the lobbies, elevators and staircases.

Anuva is located on the East Service Road of South Luzon Expressway in Barangay Buli, about one kilometer from the Sucat interchange, making travel by residents to Makati and Alabang just minutes away. Schools, malls and other commercial establishments are also within the area while the airport and hospitals are just 10 to 15 minutes’ drive.

Anuva, a Russian word that means “new beginning,” truly offers families a new home and lifestyle in the heart of the city.
