MANILA, Philippines - Sofitel general manager Goran Aleks hosted a private degustation with media partners at Fever Luxe Lounge, located at Sofitel Philippine Plaza. Spanish-born Head Chef Jose Luis Gonzalez presented exquisite French cuisine with a markedly contemporary, innovative and healthy twist, dubbed “smart dining”. Chef Jose Luis’ impressive resume includes posts in five of the top ten restaurants in the world according to San Pellegrino, such as Noma, El Bulli, Arzak, Mugaritz and El Celler de Can Roca.
