Lovers of great cuisine recently experienced an outstanding gustatory feast the authentic nine-course Czech dinner hosted by Dusit Thani Manila. The sumptuous event was spearheaded by brilliant GM Prateek Kumar, in partnership with the Embassy of Czech Republic led by Ambassador Josef Rychtar.

The splendid evening had guests savoring the delectable Czech favorites prepared by Prague’s award-winning chef, Vladamir Salansky. The culinary affair served as a prelude to the Czech Culinary and Cultural Festival, which will be held at the hotel’s exquisite all-day dining restaurant Basix from Oct. 17 to 27.

Guest of honor Dr. Elenita Binay led the ribbon-cutting ceremony while Fr. Larry Tan officiated the blessing rites.
