MANILA, Philippines — Korean all-girl pop group Momoland is here in the country to perform in an exclusive event in ABS-CBN Vertis Tent on December 3.

The group visited the Philippines twice in the last four months.

In a press conference organized by Filipino brand Front Row, for which Momoland is the new international ambassador, the group said seeing their fans in the Philippines is the most special part of their visit in the country.

“It’s our second time in the Philippines. Like in the first, our favorite part of being in the Philippines is seeing our fans. Because it’s not every day we see our fans here in the country. When we’re here, meeting our fans is the best,” said one of the members, Daisy.

Prior to the press conference, Front Row President RS Francisco revealed that Momoland visited a fan in the hospital, but Nancy refused to elaborate what happened because they said they wanted to help without anyone seeing.

“Momoland had taken an initiative. Before going here, they went to see a patient. They are trying to keep it low-key because they don’t want to announce that they are doing charity works also. A while ago, they made someone very happy, a medically challenge patient,” RS said.

RS added that their company chose Momoland to become the new endorsers because the group is among the favorites of Front Row members.

The group behind the hit songs “Bboom Bboom” and "Baam!” will have a meet and greet with Front Row members and select fans and will perform for them in the afternoon of December 3.

The group, however, did not mention about having a publicly-opened concert in the Philippines, or anything about Liza Soberano, who was initially reported as a look-alike of one of the group's members, Nancy.
