Starting the year with O, Wow!

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Following the successful launch of Oishi’s Team O in 2012, 2013 was a year of fun and laughs as Team O created yet another surprise around the university belt of Luneta. Team O: Jeep O featured Ramon Bautista, Slater Young and Elmo Magalona disguising themselves as regular passengers. With a jeep decked out with hidden cameras, Oishi captured the expressions of shock and delight on the passengers faces as they were surprised by Team O.

2013 also welcomed Oishi’s Marty’s endorser and the newest addition to the Team O line-up, the #medybadboy himself, Daniel Padilla. Daniel had his O, Wow! surprise at Culiat High School, Tandang Sora, Quezon City.

Fifty Daniel Padilla clones spread throughout the covered courts of Culiat High School and the students were thrilled with the challenge of identifying him. At the end of the event, the students left happy and overwhelmed.

2014 marks the 40th year of Oishi since Oishi Prawn Crackers and Kirei were first introduced in 1974. And it will be nothing short of O, Wow! Team O, whose mission is to surprise people and create O, Wow! moments.

Team O invites everyone to be part of the team by submitting original ideas on what should be the big surprise this 2014. By submitting your entries online, through Oishi’s social media accounts, the chosen idea will be executed by Team O together with the winning mastermind in capping off the brand’s 40th year.
