Eastwood City’s Home Center opens

-
Premier property developer Megaworld Corporation recently opened its one-stop home and lifestyle hub called The Home Center in its flagship Eastwood City development in Quezon City.

Already operating at the 800-square-meter home shopping arcade are upscale specialty shops Unna Moebel, Pottery Exchange, Designer Blooms, Something Place, Justin’s Treasures, Sifra Arts & Crafts, Elite Arts & Frames and Benelco Arts & Crafts.

By the end of February this year, four more lifestyle specialists — Index by EDIA, Studio Eleven, Lising Arts & Crafts and renowned Antipolo-based interior designer Benji Reyes’ Pendulon – will join these furniture and home accents providers at The Home Center’s modern, bi-level mall-type building, located between TechnoPlaza One and the City Walk dining and entertainment complex.

Once fully leased out, The Home Center will showcase four large furniture stores and 17 home accent stores that retail a wide range of home furnishings from custom-made and imported ready-made furniture using top-of-the-line materials and designed in different contemporary styles to quality off-the-shelf home accessories such as area rugs, chandelier, table lamps and vases.

Unna Moebel features an extensive selection of furniture made from local materials such as leather, wood and wrought-iron while Pottery Exchange and Designer Blooms highlights a world-class collection of earthenware and stoneware as well as artificial decorative flowers and plants.

An importer and manufacturer of Asian-themed crafts, Siftra Arts and Crafts offers a colorful collection of decorative dinnerware, fabrics and stationery. Elite Arts and Frames sells unique frames and art prints, Benelco specializes in wall-mounted decors using dried flowers and seeds and Justin’s Treasures retails Oriental antiques.

Megawrld has tapped real estate sales and services firm Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) Philippines, Inc. as its marketing arm for the home shopping hub.

According to ERA Philippines CEO and president Enrique Soriano III, The Home Center caters to the newly moved-in residents of Eastwood City’s deluxe residential towers and those of exclusive subdivisions in the area including Acropolis, Green Meadows, Corinthian Gardens, Valle Verde, Blue Ridge and White Plains.

For more information, please call ERA Philippines, Inc. at 867-8913 to 17 or 867-8813 (fax). You may also email ERA at [email protected] or visit its website at www.ERAphilippines.com.
