Adamson paces Softball Open

MANILA, Philippines - Defending women’s division champion Adamson swept aside Rizal Technological University (RTU), 8-1, yesterday morning for a sweep of the elimination round and took the top spot in the on-going Summer Grandslam National Softball Open Championship inside the Clark Freeport Zone.

But it was their previous game against UP-Diliman that Adamson softbelles had to stretch themselves before pulling out a close 1-0 victory over the Diliman-based lady batters with Rizza Bernardino delivering a superb pitching job for Adamson.
