Alex Gonzaga calls out Philippine Airlines for canceled flight; PAL responds
MANILA, Philippines —Actress Alex Gonzaga called out Philippine Airlines (PAL) after her husband Mikee Morada's flight was canceled.
In her Facebook account, Alex was looking for someone from PAL to assist her.
"Hi Philippine Airlines super hassle ng biglaan nyo CANCEL ang flight tapos move n'yo ng 2 days ang ticket," she wrote.
"Your hotline is not answering. Sino kaya pwede makausap. 'Wag sana ganito na wala choice ang passengers. Grabe 'yun," she added.
PAL then responded to Alex by commenting on her post.
"We understand how frustrating this must be, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption to your travel plans," it said.
"Safety is always our top priority. The flight cancellation was due to unforeseen maintenance requirements. While we understand this is not ideal, it ensures the safety of all passengers on board," it added.
