The colorful Holi Festival is back at SM by the Bay this 2023

MANILA, Philippines —The Indian Cultural Association of the Philippines (ICAP), in partnership with Asia Society Philippines and SM by the Bay, brings back the festival of colors, Holi, this March 11 with the theme “Making Memories, One Shade at a Time.”

The event will be held at the North Fountain, SM By the Bay, a landmark venue that has become the official partner for the festival.
