Soccer fever hits Manila

-

Manila, Philippines -  Once again, kids experienced football fever as Soccer Mania returned for its fifth year in another round of fun football clinics, games, and prizes.

Soccer Mania was held at select SM Supermalls, where children, five to 13 years old, were invited to participate in the free soccer lessons conducted by The Futkaleros. In each clinic, the kids learned the foundations of football by going through different exercises and drills prepared by the instructors. Soccer Mania 2012 was held in cooperation with Enervon Syrup, multivitamins for kids.

Being true to their successful Energive, Energuard campaign, Enervon Syrup gave away free multivitamin samples to those who registered their kids for the event. Enervon saw summer as the perfect opportunity for kids to become even more active by playing real sports. With Enervon Syrup, kids will have a ready supply of essential vitamins in the form of B Complex for energy and vitamin C to protect kids from sickness.

The kids were even treated to a freestyle football showdown between international freestyler Phillip Warren Gertsson and Futkalero Dennis Balbin. Kids and mallgoers flocked to the event’s giant inflatable football field to watch and be amazed by the far-out tricks that were shown.

Soccer Mania 2012 was presented by Enervon Syrup Multivitamins and Smart in cooperation with Solar Sports, Gerflor Taraflex, SM Supermalls, Crush Communications, Inc., The Philippine STAR, Home Radio 97.9, and Radio High 105.9.
