Gallery News: Randalf Dilla at ArtistSpace, Ayala Museum

The Philippine Star

Randalf Dilla showcases two photo realistic murals — “#What Now” and “Salvaged Memories, Salvaged Lives” — in “Tyranny of Hindsight,” which is on view until Nov. 19 at ArtistSpace, Ayala Museum, Dela Rosa St., Makati City.

“#What Now” is a disturbing portrait of a country in a perpetual state of upheaval and turmoil, while “Salvaged Memories, Salvaged Lives” bagged the Best Social Commentary Award in a worldwide contest sponsored by the Art Renewal Center in New Jersey, USA, which promotes the highest standards in classical realism. When combined, these two murals span over a thousand square feet of canvas.
