Heart Evangelista: 'No awkward moment with John Estrada'

MANILA, Philippines - Heart Evangelista said she didn't have an awkward moment with John Estrada while shooting their film “Trophy Wife”.

Way back in 2007, John had a confrontation with Heart's then boyfriend Jericho Rosales, who is now married to host-blogger Kim Jones.

The confrontation took place after John said something “inappropriate” to Heart in a bar in Makati.

“Wala naman ilangan whatsoever. Although I've forgotten that chapter of my life.” Heart said about the issue with John, in an interview Thursday.

“I think I've been through worse in my life to think about those things. So it's not really an issue,” she added.

Meanwhile, the Kapuso actress said she plays a “key role” in the film “Trophy Wife” since “'yong twist ng story nasa akin.”

It was not hard for Heart to portray her role since “I didn't go out my comfort zone,” something that she thanks Director Andoy Ranay for.

“We changed a few things, I didn't have to step out of my comfort zone. Direk Andoy made it easy for me,” she said. “'Yong mga kissing scenes ko he made it very light, I didn't have to step out of my comfort zone.

“We also had to show the difference between what Cristine [Reyes] wass doing and what I was doing. We want them to see the black and white difference.”

Though she said she's liberated in her own way, Heart added that she is uncomfortable with daring scenes.
