Coco bags five awards

MANILA, Philippines - Walang Hanggan lead star Coco Martin (photo) recently bagged five recognitions from different award-giving bodies including Natatanging Aktor ng Dekada award from Gawad Tanglaw Awards and Best Actor from the KBP Golden Dove Awards, PMPC Star Awards for TV, USTV 2012 Awards and Northwest Samar State University Students’ Choice Awards for Radio and Television for his performance in the ABS-CBN drama series Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin.

Like Coco’s career that keeps on soaring higher, Walang Hanggan continues to dominate the nationwide TV ratings being on top of the overall top TV programs in the country. According to the latest data from Kantar Media, the show garnered 37.5 percent national TV rating compared to the 15.4 percent of its rival program My Beloved from GMA.

Walang Hanggan airs weeknights after E-Boy on ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida.
