Cuatro Vidas: 4 love stories

Cuatro Vidas (1957, LVN) is actually the story of four loves, as played by Cecilia Lopez and Carlos Padilla Jr., Nita Javier and Leroy Salvador, Eddie Rodriguez and Rebecca del Rio and, for comic relief, Oscar Obligacion and Ludy Carmona.

‘Four young people and their rendezvous with destiny,’ the blurb read.

The director is Manuel Silos, noted for the classic Biyaya ng Lupa, which co-starred Salvador and Padilla Jr.

Cuatro Vidas was based on a Hiwaga Komiks novel by Rico Bello Omagap. — RKC
