Experience condo living by the bay

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) is building a twin-tower residential condominium that’s a stone’s throw from Manila Bay.

With its North Tower coming in 2018, The Radiance Manila Bay will offer its residents an unparalleled lifestyle and experience.

The condos not only maximize the view of the famous sunset but also provide water features that soothe the senses. Moreover, its location in Roxas Blvd. is at the cultural heartland of Manila.

“This project is unique in our portfolio. While most of our residential towers are at the central business districts, The Radiance Manila Bay is situated outside of it. Still, it’s just across the Cultural Center of the Philippines complex and is accessible to other cultural establishments,” said Mybelle GoBio, senior vice president for Robinsons Residences, RLC’s brand for quality projects.

“If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, and fully enjoy wellness and arts-related recreation, this is the perfect home for you.” GoBio added

The Radiance is near the Metropolitan Museum, Central Bank of the Philippines, Museo Pambata, institutional museums and galleries in Pasay, De La Salle University, St. Scholastica’s,  Philippine Women’s University, College of Saint Benilde, School of Design and Arts,  Bangko Sentral, the Finance Center, historic Intramuros,  and popular mixed-use complexes in Manila and in the reclaimed areas by the bay.

Moreover, the location is also near Makati, the historic Ermita and Malate districts, the airports and the Coastal Road to Cavite.

Architect Albert Yu designed the 1,076-unit condominium complex to enhance the health and comfort of its residents. Each unit is built with generously sized windows and the hallways provide cross-ventilation to allow maximized air flow and natural light. Floor density is also lower compared with other residential condos.

Residents will be satisfied with the comfortable unit sizes.  “The cuts are generous compared with the competition. Our minimum size for a 36 sqm one-bedroom unit is affordable. You can get one as low as P4.3 million,” said GoBio.

The condos are pocket-friendly with plans for lower monthly amortizations.  With no down payment, a homeowner can pay as low as P17,400 a month for 47 months. Then, the developer can connect with a bank for a loan that will pay for the balance.

“We realized that the Manila market could still be served. So we are tapping businessmen, foreigners and people who love arts,”  GoBio said.
