Gov't official has a queer behavior

TICKLE-TICKLE. An E-mail to The Ear has it that a government official, who heads a national agency, has a rare habit. No, it’s not graft. Our informer says this official could not sleep unless his feet (“lapa-lapa”) are tickled (“pagilukan”) with a comb by the housemaid. “May nalang na kay sa mangawat sa atong kuwarta,” said the e-mail sender.

WHEN TO STOP. The housemaid would stop tickling her boss’ feet when he starts snoring. “Sa ato pa tulog-na-tulog na si boss,” she told The Ear’s tipster.
