High living at the peak

- Abby Rebong -

All work and no play certainly makes for a dull way of life, this is why every once in a while we all need to recharge our batteries to keep ourselves from burning out. While it is the norm to seek the creature comforts provided by hotels, don’t you want to have a special sanctuary that you can call your own? A place where you can seek solace whenever you want, a place where there are absolutely no disturbances, a place that you can call your second home. Nestled in the picturesque hills and valleys of Tagaytay City is where you will find Brittany’s latest offering in its Crosswinds pine estate, The Grand Quartier.

Living the High Life

French for the “great quarters,” Tower One for this Swiss-themed condominium property is now complete and ready for occupancy. It has a total of 70 units, composed of studio-type, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. There are seven levels in Tower One where each floor is being shared by eight to nine units that were all designed to evoke a luxurious Swiss country feel.

The smallest unit available is the 38-square-meter studio type which makes for a cozy getaway for people who want to rid themselves of whatever distractions there may be in the city. But if you are looking for some more design options for your GQ home, there is also the 46-square-meter studio type unit which can be converted into a homey one-bedroom unit.

For vacationing families looking for a quiet place to relax, bond, and basically enjoy each other’s company, GQ also offers spacious 189-square-meter three-bedroom units located at the penthouse level of the tower.

Each GQ unit comes with its own bathroom, granite top kitchen fixtures, built-in cabinets, and a video phone while a common parking area can be found right outside the GQ tower.

More in store

As residents are starting to fill in GQ Tower One, construction for GQ Tower Two is now underway and is estimated to be finished late next year. Definitely bigger compared to the first GQ tower, GQ Tower Two is said to be composed of a total of 90 units. An additional basement parking area is also provided on a first-come, first-served basis for the residents aside from the common parking area.

In addition to the latest GQ Tower being built is the Gourmet Village, which will become fully operational in the next two years. This will be the go-to place for all Crosswinds residents for all their shopping, relaxation, and dining needs. Several boutiques, a spa, and restaurants will be put up to cater to all Crosswinds residents ensuring that their every stay in the pine estate is as relaxing and comfortable as it should be.

Enjoy living the high life and be a part of this one-of-a-kind leisure community, as The Grand Quartier is located within the Crosswinds pine estate, you will also be able to enjoy the property’s leisure facilities like the pocket parks and pool. It truly makes for an idyllic place to settle in when you just want to relieve yourself from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
