MANILA, Philippines - Texas Roadhouse Grill recently opened its newest branch at the East Wing of Shangri-La Plaza Mall. At the ribbon cutting are Edmund Dy, Atty. Anna Liza Co, and Benjamin Loo, members of the board of directors of the restaurant.
