Don’t blink! Sinulog 2024 dancers from Carcar wow with quick-change trick

CEBU CITY, Philippines — Can you catch them changing clothes?
A group of performers from Carcar City stood out at last Saturday’s Sinulog Festival 2024 reenactment activities in Basilica del Sto. Niño due to the dance group’s quick-change trick.
The reenactment, held in a plaza fronting the Basilica, was composed of a mass reenacting the first Catholic mass and wedding in the Philippines.
The Basilica del Sto. Niño is the Philippines’ oldest Roman Catholic church, built in 1565 on the spot believed to be where the Santo Niño de Cebu was found during conquistador Miguel Lopez de Legaspi’s expedition. — Video by Deni Rose M. Afinidad-Bernardo, video editing by EC Toledo
