MANILA, Philippines — Ben Adams, member of the popular '90s British-Norwegian boy band A1, wants to perform a duet with Filipino singers Sarah Geronimo and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.

In a series of Twitter posts on Monday, the English singer-songwriter told his fans that he is looking for someone "well known" in Southeast Asia to perform a duet with, probably, for an upcoming duets album with performers from all over the globe.

"I’m looking for a well known South East Asian female artist to duet with me on something......any suggestions? #Philippines #Singapore #Indonesia #Thailand #Malaysia," he said in the first post.

Sarah and Catriona's fans then bombarded the A1 singer with video clips nominated the two artists from the Philippines.

"So @JustSarahG and @catrionaelisa seem to be coming up a lot in suggestions for who to duet with on my next I just need to find their contact details and make it happen! #Philippines," Ben then said in the following post.

After reviewing the videos and articles sent by fans, Ben updated Filipino fans that he sent an email to Viva Artists Agency, which handles Sarah's career, for a possible collaboration.

He described Sarah as "amazing."

"Well, quick update, I’ve checked out all of the videos and articles you guys have sent me on @JustSarahG and I think she’s amazing! Have emailed @VivaArtists
so let’s see what they say...... thanks everyone! #Philippines," he wrote.

"We, Popsters (fanbase of Sarah Geronimo) would love to see you work together," one of Sarah's fans commented on the post.

"She also once had a collaboration with Backstreets boys' (Howie) Dorough," another fans pointed out.

It can be recalled that A1 last had a concert in the Philippines in October last year, where they performed their hit songs "One More Try,” “Ready or Not,” “Walking in the Rain,” “Heaven By Your Side,” “Everytime,” “Caught in the Middle,” and “One Last Song,” to name a few.

“Join me as I look back at my 15-year journey in the entertainment industry. THIS 15 ME concert streaming on Netflix, August 23,” Sarah posted on her Instagram account.

The concert's director, Paul Basinillo, who also directed Nadine Lustre and Sam Concepcion's recent movie “Indak,” also announced the news on his Twitter account.

“Wow, unexpected news! So blessed to share with you all that our Film Concert 'This 15 Me' of Sarah Geronimo will stream in Netflix soon! It's the first show to stream form the Ph. Congrats Sarah and congratulations to the whole team! August is gonna be lit! Thank you Lord!” Paul wrote on his twitter account.
