Fil-Hair members set for Yule affair

MANILA, Philippines – As the Holiday season is fast approaching, officers and members of the Filipino Hairdressers Association (Fil-Hair), founded and presided by Ricky Reyes with the purpose of uniting salon owners, hair stylists and cosmetologists for 30 years, prepare their annual Christmas get-together with gift giving, singing and dancing.
