Toon Madness Kiddie Costume Photo Contest

MANILA, Philippines - Don your favorite character costume and celebrate Toon Madness at Sta. Lucia Department Store (SLEDS).

Toon Madness is a contest open to those aged 12 and below. To join, get an application form at the department store’s Customer Service Counter.  A photocopy of the child’s birth certificate, 5R prints of the child’s photo (close up, half-body and full-body) showing him in a toon character costume and the kid’s photo in electronic file (soft copy) CD are also required.

The 5R prints must be studio-photographed with plain solid background.

Applications must also be accompanied by a SLEDS tape receipt dated Oct. 1 to 31 and worth P500, inclusive of any character product, plus one pumpkin pail.

Deadline for submission of applications is Oct. 31.

The first 50 entries with complete requirements automatically win a pass to Sta. Lucia Mall’s trick or treat event on Oct. 27.
