DMCI Homes' Siena Park Residences announces newly unveiled clubhouse and model units

- The Philippine Star

Manila, Philippines -  DMCI Homes recently inaugurated the clubhouse and model units of Siena Parks Residences, another exciting resort-type residential community in Parañaque City.

Seeing the interplay of green from the lush landscape and blue from the swimming pool water overlooking the clubhouse and Auburn building of the medium-density condominium village in West Service Road, Bicutan reflects another nature-enriched urban living concept that DMCI Homes has been known for delivering. The genuine tropical environment and invigorating recreational amenities of Siena Park Residences ensure relaxation for families and professionals after a long day at work.

The clubhouse hosts the indoor amenities such as a multi-function hall, audio visual room, fitness gym, game room, lounge and meeting room. The lower ground floor has commercial spaces for a convenience store, and laundry station. Its roof deck also offers open-air relaxation.

The 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom model units are located in Auburn building. Each unit has elegant finishing and a balcony for added fresh flowing air and view of the entire community.

Eleven buildings in Siena Park Residences all in modern tropical design and five storeys high have more than 900 units. Two-bedroom units range from 48.50 to 83.50 square meters and priced from P1.9 million to P3.5 million. Three-bedroom units are 83 to 89 square meters with prices of P4.2 to P4.5 million.

Each building has the same garden and open spaces, scenic elevator, laundry cages on the roof deck and lower ground parking. The Auburn, the first building to be completed, will be ready for occupancy in October this year. Turnover of units in the other condominium buildings—the Citrine, Lilac, Magenta, Indigo, Cerise and Olive—will be next year.

DMCI Homes officials welcomed homebuyers, guests and brokers who graced the blessing and ribbon-cutting rites for the clubhouse and model units. Cutting the ribbon for the clubhouse and model units were Alma Florendo, DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development; Gerry Ancheta, Vice President for Design and Engineering; Jan Venturanza, Marketing Manager; Joseph Ramil Lombos, Senior Vice President for Finance and Operations; Reynaldo Salazar, Senior Vice President for Business Development; and Anna Ferrer, Vice President for DPMC.
