The Columns’ Ayala Avenue buyer tells all

-
Every time Liza Fadol sees the three towers of The Columns, Ayala Avenue, she feels a flush of excitement. Liza is the proud owner of a unit in Tower 3 of the much-talked-about hi-rise condo, and she can’t wait to move in.

"I work in Makati," she explains, "and right now I am commuting from Taguig every day. With the traffic, especially in the evening, it can take me almost an hour to get home."

She came across The Columns in a newspaper advertisement. "I was drawn to its location on Ayala Avenue right in the middle of Makati," she says. "I was also interested in its backing by Ayala Land," the parent company of Community Innovations Inc. (CII), developer of The Columns. "When I found out that my company would me moving its office to Ayala Avenue itself, I decided to look into The Columns."

The Columns will make Liza’s life better every day. "Because of its location, it is very convenient to our future office," she says. "My drive will be minutes instead of an hour. And sometimes I might even decide to walk!"

She also loves the proximity to Makati’s shopping and entertainment districts. "It’s so close to Greenbelt and Ayala Center," says Liza.

Liza currently resides in a condominium and has lived in other condominium in the past. She knows The Columns will be superior in every way. "I had plenty of experience with condos. With CII and The Columns, I had no troubles." She is enthusiastic about the service provided by her CII sales representative, who answered all her questions and acted as her liaison to the company.

"I like how they designed the rooms," she says about the units at The Columns, having visited the furnished model units in Glorietta 3. "I like how they designed the buildings so you can have views no matter where your unit is." Liza anticipates being able to jog on the seventh floor Recreational Club in safety and security, and enjoying the resort-like pool and other amenities. She also enjoys the thought of going down to the Ground Floor for a cup of coffee, even going back to The Columns during lunch, thanks to its location so close to her office.

Liza greatly esteems the fact that CII is an Ayala company and that The Columns will be managed by Ayala Property Management Corp. "With Ayala, you know you have a guarantee of quality and service," she says. "You know the building will be delivered on time, you know it will be of good quality, and you know its value will appreciate over time."

And, of course, there’s the address. "I like having ‘Ayala Avenue’ as my residence!"

As the building itself takes its place in the Makati skyline, Liza, like every other buyer at The Columns, finds herself counting the days before she can move into her Ayala Avenue adddress.
