RLC Residences wins big at PropertyGuru Awards

MANILA, Philippines — RLC Residences and its standout properties gained distinctions and commendations in the design and development categories at the recently held 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

The region’s leading real estate awards program named the four-tower The Magnolia Residences in New Manila, Quezon City the winner in the Best Mega Mixed-Use Architectural Design category.

RLC Residences also received Special Recognitions in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Sustainable Design and Construction for green practices and other socially responsible initiatives such as community service, waste management, and eco-friendly design features.

The Highly Commended distinction in the Best Lifestyle Developer category is also given to RLC Residences. At the same time, The Sapphire Bloc and Galleria Residences Cebu are recognized for Best High-End Condo Development in Metro Manila and Metro Cebu, respectively. On the other hand, SYNC and The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place are also acknowledged for the Best Condo Architectural Design and Best Condo Interior Design categories.
